About Villa Rosstorp

Villa Rosstorp is located near Rönninge center. We have 61 apartments distributed across 6 departments with different focuses, including dementia, somatics, and psychogeriatrics. Two of the departments are short-term care units for dementia and somatics. We offer individually tailored care with heart, integrity, and choice.

About the role

You are the spider in the web regarding the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.

Collaboration and support

You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you can provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the residence's group leaders who are responsible for the care staff.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a licensed nurse, and we prefer that you have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires you to have both broad knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
